Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it merely confirms that we have received your order request.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate; however, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Product Warranty

All xindahk power tools come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to a defect within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of xindahk and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
